Counselling
Over 15 years of experience in working with both individuals and couples.
Ruth holds a Postgraduate Diploma in
Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Edinburgh and is a
member of The British Association of
Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Coaching
With an accredited award in
coaching, Ruth has over 30 years
experience of gently supporting people of all ages to identify and
reach their goals.
Specific experience of supporting clients in business, arts, farming,
education and health sectors.
Collaborative Practice
Ruth has undertaken extensive training and works as part of an interdisciplinary team to support individuals, couples and families by offering a non-confrontational approach to agreeing the legal, financial and practical arrangements for separation and divorce.
Ruth is currently a Divorce Coach and
Family Consultant working with Consensus Collaboration Scotland
Celebrancy
With a Diploma in Celebrancy
and Public Speaking from the Fuze
Foundation, Ruth works in partnership with families and couples to design and deliver gentle and genuine Naming Ceremonies, Funerals and (non-legal) Wedding Ceremonies.
Case Management Supervision
With a Diploma in Case Management & Supervision. Ruth is highly experienced in working one-to-one, and with groups within organisations, to nurture and facilitate reflective practice and psycho educational learning.
